've been feeding my dog this formula for a while now, and it's been a great choice overall. The salmon-based recipe is a nice alternative to chicken, especially for dogs with sensitivities, and my dog seems to really enjoy the taste---mealtime excitement is definitely a good sign. I also appreciate that it includes real ingredients like veggies and brown rice, which makes me feel better about the nutritional value. Since switching, I've noticed improvements in my dog's coat—-it looks shinier and feels softer—-and digestion has been consistent with no issues.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I approve, and so do both my boys, a Boxer and a Miniature Poodle. They both seemed to really enjoy the Nutrish Real Salmon, Veggies & Brown Rice Recipe Dry Dog Food. The transition was easy, no issues and they seemed to have way less gas and stinky bowels. I like that it includes veggies and brown rice, and the kibble size worked well for both of them despite their size difference. The food smelled fresh, the bag was easy to store, and overall I was happy with the quality. Most importantly, my dogs were excited for mealtime and cleaned their bowls consistently, which says a lot in this house. From what I recall seeing at stores, Nutrish recipe dry dog foods is reasonable priced for the value and taste, (according to my dogs). They carry numerous sizes so if you're considering changing, start with a smaller bag to see if your fur baby adjusts well. Overall, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try, especially for multi-dog households with different breeds and sizes.
