Awesome Jacket

This jacket fits much smaller than the Women's Essential Down Jacket, and the cut is much more flattering. A medium in the Essential Down is probably actually bigger than the large Microtherm Stormdown. I'm 6'2" and the length in the tall was fabulous. I also got the cloudlayer pro fleece jacket to go with it and I think they are going to be perfect together, because the cut is very similar and I got a matching colour. This jacket was much thinner and lighter than expected, but I can already tell it will be very warm. Perfect for backpacking in the mountains. :-) P.S. I am 6'2" and 165 pounds. The L Tall was Perfect. Fitted with enough room for layering.

Great Jacket for Every Day!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these jackets. However... I originally bought the silver one this year and was extremely disappointed when it came and I could see the black feathers through it. Wish EB would have used the mens color, which might be Chrome, instead of this lighter version. I really wanted the black one last year, so I purchased that instead and I LOVE it. This is my 3rd StormDown jacket. I would not pay full price, but totally worth it for 40% or 50% off!

Perfect winter jacket!

This is the BEST EB jacket I have ever owned. It is lightweight yet surprisingly warm. I have comfortably worn it in temperatures ranging between 20 and 50 degrees. I am 5'2''-135 pounds. The petite small is a perfect fit including the length of the jacket body and sleeves. Best of all I can pack it into a backpack when I travel on planes-without adding weight or bulk and pull it out to wear when I arrive.
