Taking it for years
Doctors Best is a good reliable brand, top quality ingredients and quality control. They are also good at using veggie caps to keep their products vegetarian or vegan. The capsule has just the right amount. I am a senior citizen and have found that it helps my memory. That is quite a benefit. That is why I keep taking it. I am not a teenager any more, but I am doing the best that I can.
