Current Adults > 12 Months Weight lb. Cups per Day* 3-10 1/4 - 1 10-20 1 - 1 1/4 20-50 1 1/4 - 3 50-100 3 - 5 Over 100 Add 1/2 cup per every 10 lbs of Body Weight over 100 lbs. *Based on a standard 8 ounce measuring cup. Your dog's food requirements vary depending upon breed, size, age, level of activity and environment. Use the chart as a guideline and adjust as needed to maintain optimum body weight. Older and less active dogs may require less food then is indicated in the chart. Daily total recommendations can be divided into multiple smaller feedings.
