I might sound negative but I only want to state the truth of what I got and really I like the product. 1st, I bought this for it's Merv 8 as stated in the title and it's description. But this is NOT MERV 8. It looks very much like the merv 1 I have that is basically fiber glass weaving. 2nd, the many layers in the picture is not how the actual product look. That includes the description of those layers, it's not mesh like it say. Mesh would increase it's merv, but it's quite open and see through. now for why I said I still like this product. The quality is excellent. The aluminum frame and all the metal it have making it a sturdy item that will stand up the many washing for the reuse. The customer service was knowledgeable and understandable. At first they suspect me of modifying the product and as for picture for proof. Ask me to take picture of the WHOLE product. Easy enough to do. Show them what they ask, show them my point. They issue me compensation. I'll modify this to make what I want.
