Overall a very sturdy piece, but the boards that make up the stairs definitely don't hold up to the overall weight rating if you're looking to get this for anyone older than a teen. So aside from that and the little metal slats for the drawers coming in the wrong size, I'd recommend this for anyone needing a low loft bed for small spaces that won't wobble or sag. 👍

Great addition to grandkids room

Overall the bunk beds are exactly what I wanted. It's attractive and fit space about like I thought it would. Head height on both bunks great. Steps are sized for kids. Storage will be a plus. The assembly instructions are difficult in middle because it doesn't match what you need to do if just looking at photo. Had to disassemble part of staircase frame and reverse it. Suggest you look beyond the page to make sure the holes on frame are lined up correctly. Otherwise I would rate a 5.
