So far, so good
It's too soon to comment on the durability of this product, but so far I am pleased with the nonstick capability and the overall heft and performance of the pan. Years ago, I bought a small nonstick ceramic saucepan that has a great interior coating, and it still works as well as the day I bought it in terms of the nonstick surface. I finally decided to buy a frying pan, even though I normally use cast-iron or my instant pot or Stainless steel in an effort to avoid toxic chemicals leading into my food, including the ones that have yet to be discovered as toxic. Hopefully this is as non-toxic as advertised in the long run, and it's amazing to not have to use any kind of oil and be able to cook so easily in it. I will update my review if it does not hold up as expected over time. Also, I think that the green is a beautiful color.
