I love this product, it dissolves well, an excellent source of dietary fiber, prebiotics and probiotics. You can incorporate it in everyday recipes, baked goods or add to smoothies. I made caramel popcorn and sprinkled 1 teaspoon into the recipe. There is no funny taste or aftertaste. This is a product i will be using everyday to help promote good digestive health. I have stomach issues since menopause and this product is aiding in keeping me regular without any side effects such as gas or bloating. it is free of chemicals and fillers, organic and certified non GMO. Overall an excellent product and I would highly recommend.

Excellent!

I've had psyllium whole in my pantry for years! I NEVER knew the benefits ! I couldn't believe it , fiber plays such a vital role in our health and this one ingredient has so much fiber ! It's really amazing ! I blend it with a good amount of water and chug it down ! Helps us get things sorted out and headed down in our colon ! Everyone should know about this and add it to their diet ! Truly !
