Sturdy and easy to use

Needs a sturdy mounting point, because the lever action can impart a lot of torque. I have it attached to a post on my patio. Crushes cans very well, with good leverage. All-metal parts are sturdy and the hinge points are durable. It could use a little lubrication or maybe lubricating bushings for greater ease of use, but I am not troubled. Simple design gives it no places to fail while using.

Much stronger than I expected. Thought it would be flimsy compared to my 30 yr. old "can crusher" brand that finally wore out to the point that I could no longer repair it. Didn't want to buy what I thought was a cheap fake so I decided to try this one. Had to mark off one star for the handle because the padding seems flimsier than my old one, but so far it seems to be holding up okay. Much happier than I thought I would be, especially considering the low price. Overall very happy.
