Seller hard to deal with

This chair is very nice, HOWEVER, it is too small for my husband, he's a stocky man and this is not a ‘big men's chair'. I contacted seller and they wanted me to assemble and use chair for a few days, my husband didn't want it, we weren't going to assemble it just to have to unassemble to return. Seller then wants ME to pay shipping to return. The chair isn't suitable for my family because although the description ‘falls under Walmarts guidelines' as the seller explained it, the description shows it as a ‘big man's chair' and it definitely is not. In the return policy it doesn't state that I will have to pay for return shipping. It just says I have 30 days after delivery.
