My eight-year-old granddaughter takes daily with her school lunch. We use as a workaround the issue of people with peanut allergies. I it is compact and easier to handle i It is definitely better than trying to make a sandwich with Nutella it eliminates the messy factor

They leak a little if your dog pees near the edge but absorbs fine if from the middle but the price is second cheapest in my area and that's only when the other brand is running their buy one get one sale. So really get a decent pad for cheap.
