I have taken these for many years. They help keep my immune system strong. However they are very large to swallow. Sometimes they get hung in my throat and I have a difficult time dislodging them. But I need them, so I struggle with them. They are my most difficult nutrient I take. They didn’t used to be that large of a tablet. I would very much like Swanson to put them back to the size they used to be. I take three in the morning and three with my evening meal. I am so thankful for this product Thank you for giving me a opportunity to express this to you. I love Swanson and have highly recommended Swanson to my friends and family and have sent you many customers through the years.

Buffered C gets an A+

I subscribe to three different medical newsletters all of which have recommended vitamin C. Some brands are not all that friendly to your stomach. This one is buffered so it can be taken on an empty stomach to be the most effective. It's the first thing that enters my mouth each morning! The bioflavonoids are a bonus!

I'm a fan

I am a daily user of vitamin C for several reasons. The main one is for my immune system. I would say this is a quality product because my immune system is very strong, whereas before using Swanson Vitamin C, that statement was not true. I really like this particular variety because it contains bioflavonoids and some calcium as a buffer. This product does not upset my stomach--I take 4000 mg daily.
