I'm a fan
I am a daily user of vitamin C for several reasons. The main one is for my immune system. I would say this is a quality product because my immune system is very strong, whereas before using Swanson Vitamin C, that statement was not true. I really like this particular variety because it contains bioflavonoids and some calcium as a buffer. This product does not upset my stomach--I take 4000 mg daily.

Buffered C gets an A+
I subscribe to three different medical newsletters all of which have recommended vitamin C. Some brands are not all that friendly to your stomach. This one is buffered so it can be taken on an empty stomach to be the most effective. It's the first thing that enters my mouth each morning! The bioflavonoids are a bonus!
