This shirt is my favorite work shirt! I won't be wearing anything else it's long enough it's wide enough. It's true to size I got a 3X and it did shrink a bit so buy up but otherwise it's perfect. The buttons go very very long in the front for my big girls. They did not feel smashed at all. It's the most comfortable work shirt I've ever owned and I'll never buy a different one. I bought 5 of them! I highly recommend
