As a property manager, I need to keep costs down for my customers. the drain stopper was missing and I found out that its lever has rusted through and wouldn't raise or lower the stopper. i wanted to just replace the stopper, but no, with my luck, there was a lower than normal drain pipe attached, so a standard stopper was too short. With no atopper to be found, I had to replace the drain pipe. This part was a perfect fit, including working with the abnormal overflow channel.
