How To:
First apply a base coat on clean bare nails or use a white nail lacquer as your base coat for extra color pop. Begin to apply your first polish coat starting from your smallest finger, leaving your thumbs for the last application. Apply a second coat to even out the color and eliminate any streaks. Let polish dry for 2 minutes before applying a Milani Quick Dry Top Coat.
