These work really well.

These work great. You definitely have to use some elbow grease, but the results are worth it. We have had really hard water since our softner went out, and the stains have been unbelievable. These are great for the stains that are permanently in water, like in the drain of the toilet bowl, since I've found the water dilutes the chemical cleaners too much to be effective for our build up. I really recommend wearing gloves, because it gets uncomfortable on your bare hands fast. I also recommend using this with Lysol's Lime and Rust toilet bowl cleaner to cut down on some of the work for yourself, but it is a really good addition or alternative to chemicals. If you don't wanna use a chemical cleaner, this will do the trick, just expect to go through a lot of them.
