Immunity, Super C+ PM
Since I started taking Super C+ PM, I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall health. I feel more energetic during the day and have had fewer instances of colds and sniffles, which is especially important during flu season. The supplement also promotes restful sleep, likely due to the calming effects of some of the herbal ingredients. As the supplement is in capsule form, there is no taste to report, which is ideal for those who dislike the flavor of traditional vitamins.
