Plush Toy After-Sales Warranty Terms I. General Provisions Welcome to purchase our plush toys! In order to protect your rights and interests and make you feel more at ease and assured in the process of owning our plush toys, we have specially formulated this after-sales warranty terms. This clause applies to all consumers who purchase plush toys in our store and is an agreement between us and you on product after-sales warranty matters. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. After purchase, you will be deemed to have agreed to the constraints of these terms. II. Warranty Scope 1. Quality Problems If the Snow King plush toys you purchased have the following quality problems under normal use, we will provide you with warranty services: plush fabric falls off and pilling, seriously affecting the appearance and use; Sewing process problems, such as open thread, derailment, etc.; Small parts such as eyes and nose are loose, fall off or damaged. 2. Functional failure caused by non-human damage Functional failures caused by non-human factors such as the toy's sound-generating device and limb moving parts affect the normal use of the toy and are also covered by the warranty. 3. Warranty exclusions 1. Man-made damage Problems caused by improper use, storage or intentional damage are not covered by the warranty. For example: Excessive pulling and tearing of plush toys, resulting in fabric damage and exposed fillings. Self-disassembly and modification of toys, resulting in damage to toys. Let the toys come into contact with sharp objects, chemical reagents, etc., resulting in damage to the toys. If the toys are left with stains that are difficult to clean due to playing, affecting the normal sales of the toys, they are not covered by the warranty. 2. Natural aging Some aging phenomena that naturally occur in toys over time, such as slight fading of plush and slight changes in feel, are not covered by the warranty. However, if these aging phenomena seriously affect the normal use function of the toys, we will evaluate them according to the specific circumstances and try our best to provide you with solutions. 3. Beyond the scope of normal use If you use plush toys for commercial, industrial or other non-personal normal use scenarios, we will not bear warranty liability for damages caused thereby. IV. Warranty period The warranty period for plush toys in our store is 1 natural month from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, you can enjoy the warranty service provided by us in accordance with this clause. V. Warranty Process 1. Fault Feedback If you find that the plush toy you purchased has a problem that requires warranty, please contact us as soon as possible and describe the toy's fault in detail to the customer service staff.
