Cascadian Farm Organic Granola, No Added Sugar, Coconut Cashew Cereal, 11 oz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a big breakfast person. I am allergic to dairy and eggs, so I don't have many options. When I saw this granola I thought this could be a good option. Since there are so many non dairy yogurts at grocery stores now I wanted to try this to give more substance to it. It has a great taste, not to sweet and I love coconut. This is a great granola with lots of whole grains and sugar from fruit. love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coconut cashew granola by Cascadian Farms is tasty and great for those who don't like super sweet granola or the amount of sugar in conventional granola. I like that this doesn't have added sugar but it also doesn't have fake or sugar substitute. Date powder is what gives it sweetness and I found it to be a good level of light sweetness. The granola is very crispy and crunchy. I think the crisp rice helps give this such a good texture. Even though this is supposed to be coconut cashew granola, I don't really notice cashew. To me this tastes more like a coconut granola and forgot there was even supposed to be cashews. There are both coconut flakes and also coconut oil in the granola that creates a rich coconut flavor. Despite my initial hesitation over the lack of sugar added, I can say I am a fan and it is tasty. Great over yogurt, oatmeal and as a snack. I like that the bag is reusable. Overall, buy this granola if you still want a granola with a good texture and not a ton of sugar.
