Excellent instant, but packaged in plastic

A few years ago when I decided to switch to instant coffee, I spent *months* researching, buying many different instant coffee brands and taste-testing them before settling on what was clearly the best: Community Coffee. I love that it comes in a large jar rather than individual packets. My *only* complaint is that I wish it was packaged in a glass jar or a metal can or ANYTHING other other than a plastic jar. Last year the environmentalist in me vowed to change brands just to stop getting all this plastic... but after another round of taste-testing, I came back to Community, as it really is the best brand out there. So now I am an environmental hypocrite, but I'm drinking excellent coffee. Sigh.

My husband likes this coffee, when I tumbles into the kitchen, still sleepy he easily can make himself a good tasting cup of coffee. It has a full taste, without a harsh, stir in your face taste. It is rich, but well rounded. And so easy to make. We love it, it is a fast help for early coffee.
