At first i was nervous cause first time using stainless steel, but after cooking with them i cant imagine going back. iam so glad to have a peace of mind not cooking with teflon. so many wonderful meals i have prepared with these pans and they look so beautiful too!!. live the contrast between the silver pans to the long gold handles!! also knowimg these pans can last a lifetime is pretty cool!

I have tried several different stainless steel pans over the years and so far, these is my favorite. Three different size skillets and saucepans is very useful. I use them daily and as long as you follow the instructions of proper temp and the cleaning procedures, I think they will a very long time.

Could not be happier with this purchase. They really are very nice quality pieces. Each piece was carefully packed and protected in its own fabric sleeve. I use these on induction. I tested out a pot of water. Brings to full boil in less than a minute (which was better than the All Clad D5 I got rid of). They can clean up quick if you have any stains after cooking, just a little Bar Keepers Friend does it. The pans do not stick if you follow the rules. No more than medium heat is needed. Add a little oil. Let the pan pre heat. I was skeptical and searched everywhere before I purchased these. Nothing out there can compare to this quality for a Tri-Clad set. The AllClads I had where 10x the price but can't outperform these.
