I can't speak personally as to the flavor, but my dogs have always loved them, and most dogs that I offer them to seem to like them.Also the minis if you are trying to keep the weight off of a larger dog are very handy. Most treats are so large it's not good to give your dog more than one a day. It's not supposed to be food for the dog. It's a treat. That's why we love this size even for our golden because we can give him several a day and it doesn't cause him to gain weight. Great for Training as you can give them one piece several times throughout the day with no concerns and our dogs love the taste of their treats. Milk bone minis are the best! Sometimes hard to find, but the best.
