Try topping them with ham salad or egg salad.

They go great with cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese. I also Top them with Frank's sweet and spicy hot sauce and smoked herring with Peppers. The vegetable flavored Ritz crackers are also very good with the cheese and I use them with the different flavored tuna salad packets.

this tastes really nice, not salty like the original ritz crackers. I ate these plain tonight (with a side of wings) but will pair this with cheese and sliced turkey ..or jam/jelly and pb at another time. I love how it isnt overbearingly salty. good texture for me also
