This block magnet measures 3"x1/2"x1/8" and is made of neodymium, the most powerful type of magnet available. It is triple coated in nickel-copper-nickel which gives it excellent corrosion resistance.
Please note that all neodymium rare earth magnets are fragile and require extreme caution when handling due to their brittle nature and to avoid injury due to pinching.

This neodymium block magnet is made of a grade N45 magnetic alloy blend and is coated with a nickel-copper-nickel triple layer coating. It is very powerful and has about 16 lbs holding power when pulled directly and placed on steel that is at least 3/4" thick. Hanging strength is less. This magnet has innumerable uses as a holding magnet, but is also great for an assortment of both industrial and personal applications and can be used in an almost unlimited amount of ways.
