The specially designed anti-top edge groove enables the tray to smoothly slide in after disassembly, avoiding collision with the front panel and extending the product's lifespan.

This feature also makes it convenient for staff to restock fresh baked goods from the back of the counter. The front flip door design allows customers to self-serve and choose their preferred items.
