NeilMed Sinus Rinse Premixed Refill Packets, 100 Ct (4 pack) (Bundle)

My ENT recommended sinus rinses [to help deal with my terrible nasal allergies, deviated septum and recurrent sinusitis], and NeilMed is the brand most recommended by doctors. I use one packet in a NeilMed 8-ounce sinus rinse bottle [The size and shape of each packet perfectly fits the opening of the bottle.] of purified water at least twice every day [Sometimes, when I need extra relief, I add one ounce of Alkalol to the bottle.], and the relief is tremendous! I've suffered with sinus problems my entire adult life. Frequent sinus headaches, sinusitis or otitis at least once per year if not more, post-nasal drip and so on. About ten years ago, on a visit to my doctor because the antibiotic he'd given me for an ear infection didn't seem to be working, he brought out a brochure for NeilMed Sinus products and suggested that I begin using them--in particular the squeeze bottle and the pre-mixed regular strength saline refill packets. I'd heard about sinus rinsing but I thought it was just a crazy gimmick. However, I trust my doctor so I tried it. I've never looked back. I've not had a single case of sinusitis or a single ear infection since then. What a gift! If you have sinus issues I suggest that you ask your doctor if he thinks you might benefit from it. I certainly have.
