Pros: Depth-real Good, Fast Response, Glass Lid, Usa Product, Great Features, Tilt -grease Removal, Comfortable Design Cons: None--- Lg Handles, Stronger Heat Around Coil Other thoughts: I have been trying different cooking to see how it makes various meals and I HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED. Bacon: holds about 1/2 lb each time. Eggs: does a good job with all smaller group + Lg. omelets. A Roast was perfect***cooked faster then i thought-Pan height was a plus. Handles though lg.,help to prevent getting too close to hot pan. Glass top is perfect to keep an eye on whats cooking without removing cover. Tilt allows for grease to puddle for easy removal. Variable heating plug that removes for immerse for hand washing or DW., heats up fast. ***Be aware that the stronger heat is around the coil area in pan center . I just moved food around. No real issues, just a few things to be aware of. I WAS VERY HAPPY THAT THIS IS A MADE IN USA PRODUCT.
