Tide Simply Liquid Laundry Detergent, Free & Sensitive, 84 fl oz, 64 Loads

I love this item that's why I purchased it, unfortunately I would actually give the delivery not even one star or the store if that's who didn't deliver or pack should I say my laundry detergent. then when I made it complaint they made it look like it was a return, and then said they were going to put the money on my credit card $11 and some change and I only received $6 and some change. it was on clearance for $10 so by the time I got my money $6 and some change it was back to regular price that's what I should have gotten her policy. now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get in touch with the right person which that was very difficult as well. me and my partner both have health issues and this is why we paid to have Walmart deliver to us. this is the second time this happened and I did not even report the first time I bought a box of small bags of chips for my autistic fun because I sent him food every now and then and he don't like to talk on the phone lots so when I finally did speak to him over a month later he said to me well it wasn't that we waited a month but when he did we did talk about the food I asked him if you like them chips cuz I'll order them again and he asked me what chips and he would never lie about that he don't know how to lie. so that's what I had to say this happened to me twice already then I have to go across the street and buy a small bottle of laundry detergent for $7 that only gives me 20 some loads or 19 loads when I could have had 49 for $10. thank you Walmart I spend a lot of money with you I would like the same respect back

W history of asthma, hayfever and eczema(i HATE allegies) finding laundry products has been a life long battle. I used to use Era but during COVID peak era changed their formula by mostly watering it down so it quit working. Research led me to the Tide senstive. Works. No flare up w my skin and way cheaper than regular Tide
