2 days after delivery the power went out in the middle of the night. My husband connected the power pack, turned his c-pap back on and it worked perfectly. Went right back to sleep. It lasted through the rest of the night. We discovered if you want the power pack to last longer turning off the humidity and hose heating features on the cpap makes a big difference. Very happy we purchased this. Highly recommend
