These sausage patties are flavorful, easy to portion, and lower in calories than many competing brands. I like being able to cook only what I need without opening a full roll or guessing at serving sizes. They also leave enough grease in the pan to cook eggs. This is good flavor sausage. I buy it often and for the money you can't beat it. Cooks up great if you want to use it lose or in patty form. Just make sure you set it out a few minutes before cooking if you're using it in lose. I use it both ways in different dishes for breakfast.
