The tiers are not bulky and the fabric liner is very soft and this hugs and hangs on the body very nicely and the circle sparkly beads add a lovely touch. I have 28 inch waist and xs fit perfectly, I hope this come back in red and burgundy and dark green. Perfection in a holiday dress:):):):):)

Both fit, medium more fitted and large gives a little room, but is not too big. I got the madden nyc long faux fur coat and patent bow kitten heels, and a scoop fancy purse to complete the outfit. This dress is gorgeous and far exceeded my expectations!! It's very comfortable, modest (which is very important to me personally), stretchy, only the sleeves are sheer…exactly what I look for in formal dresses. It doesn't look like an $40 dress- I've bought $100 dress that felt and looked cheaper than this one. Unfortunately I have to return it because the event I bought it for was canceled.
