I love this oriental chili sauce

I love this sauce. I used to buy it in much larger quantities for the same price... but that was years of inflation ago! So, I use it only sparingly and get enormous flavor in return. I use it in oriental salad and slaw, as well as in stir fry and fried rice recipes.

Great taste!

I wanted something to dip egg rolls in. This was so much better than expected! The flavor was robust but not too spicy. A little will go a long way. Worked with egg rolls, but I also made fish tacos as well. I went back and purchased a few more bottles because I will find more things to use it on! Definitely a recommended sauce!

Sweet, not heat

Great for using as a dip for potstickers and spring rolls. A bit sweet, not a lot of heat, but perfect for what it is. I like a bit of kikoman ponzu, braggs coconut aminos, a nice toasted sesame oil, they all are a must for complimenting Asian inspired meal flavor profiles. Mix and match how you like. Mae Ploy is great to have on hand, it would be awesome on a teriyaki pineapple anything too.
