Every morning there is one in my toaster

Every morning for the past five years I have had one of these in my toaster oven why because it has fiber. Yes we all need fiber and this is an excellent way to start your day with a bunch of it. It taste good, perfect for dipping into a soft boiled egg or scrambled egg on top or sunny side up egg even better. But if you're not an egg person, then top it off with some of your favorite jelly. Sit back with a cup of your favorite hot liquid in the morning and you're ready to go ... you just got a head start on your daily fiber intake a tasty way.

Time To Recycle

When I'm putting away my groceries, I removethe plastic bag from the muffins and stack each muffins in the plastic bag. The six muffins take about 3/4 of the plastic bag. I put a plastic clip to hold the muffins in place and cut off the excess plastic from the bag. I then throw away the box the muffins were in and the excess plastic. It takes up a lot less room to hold the muffins in a bread box or wherever you may keep them. Plus you've recycled two ways. I keep cutting off the plastic as I use the muffins. I do the same with a loaf of bread.

Definitely good and they toast nicely, too.

Thomas' English muffins are always good and they toast in an air fryer (with the trays, not the baskets, as I've never owned the latter) really nice for about 5 minutes. I just keep it at the temperature that it's preset each time you use it, rather than setting it on a specific toast setting by pressing a button. These are only 20 calories less than their regular whole wheat muffins, if that helps you make your decision. Th Light Multi-Grain have only 1 gram of saturated fat, with 0 for all the different types of fat that would break down into. They have 1 gram of natural sugar and 0 added sugar. If you like a light cream cheese on yours or butter or margarine, then you may want to go with these light ones. I like the whipped cream cheese because it has fewer calories and grams of fat than the regular. I also like them with apple butter (not sauce) or pumpkin butter, too, but if you have to watch your sugar intake, then those two wouldn't be a good choice for you, unless you decide to try one of them just once, but only you know what you can or cannot do at all in that regard.
