The chainsaw came neatly packed in it's own carrying case, and arrived very quickly. One of the chains was already installed on the bar, which meant I could start using it right away! I already own a 4in mini saw, and the worst thing about THAT one, was that it was almost impossible to find a file the right size, to sharpen the chain. THIS one, which is 6in, actually came with TWO files, and pretty much everything you need!! 2 batteries, and an extra chain also... I am charging the batteries now, for my first use. Pretty sure I'm going to like it alot! It's a perfect size and weight, for a small built woman in her 60s, who just can't safely manage a bulky, gas powered chainsaw! If it works s well as I think it will, I will be ordering another one, for my daughter.
