Fabric feels and is very synthetic, and not a good kind of shiny. The color is something they would put on a Barbie doll. It's so heavy and super stretchy, it pulls it's self down so that the waist is strong your hips. Yet it clings. This dress was pretty cheap, and is just as cheap looking. Not at all flattering. Very generic. I'm usually a medium. The dress is not loose. It's pretty much form fitting, but not in an attractive way. So, the dress style isn't the prob, it's the fabric.
