This milky toner feels so good on my 54 year old face. It's not like a regular toner as it is noticeably thicker. I'm not sure what it would feel like for someone with oily or combination skin, or younger already hydrated skin. But for someone with dry or mature skin I'd totally recommend it

I absolutely love this stuff! I put it on before I do my makeup I always moisturize after a shower then I put this on and then add moisturizing lotion for face again (only because my face is extremely dry and I don't want to risk having blotched makeup because of it!
