Testing the pig cooker
So far it is a very good cooker, but it is very fuel hungry for a short 10 hr cook it took 40lbs of briquettes for a 20lb pork roast and managing temps is virtually impossible the way it comes out of the box , sealing it up while cooking to make it more fuel efficient would be the way to go and a fan system to regulate temps as well
