Please DON'T waste your money!

I did received this item in a timely fashion but when we went to put it up my husband realized we had received a wrong part that was labeled wrong. I called the customer service number it was a very simple and easy call until having to contacting the support team via email they weren't any help. I asked for an update a couple weeks later and my response was I would receive another email regarding my claim. The next email I received was them asking if my issue had been resolved over a month and a half later after asking for an update. When I expressed my concerns the answer then was it's going to take another 3-4 plus months to receive the correct part. I bought this as a birthday present in spring and the part isn't projected to get here until winter. Please don't waste your time spend the extra money on something else.
