Potentially good product spoiled by shipping

Very poor job of packaging these for shipment. Too bad, it would have been simple to put them in a box instead of a flimsy plastic envelope with no padding on the items. Four were significanly dented, one also had the terra cotta stem snapped off. I kept them and am using them depite the poor shipping. For the price, these were a good buy, for the arrival condition, these were way overpriced. The attempt to keep down costs may have worked, buy any hopes of haing a repeat customer are gone.
