I had used this on my mattress that my dog vomited on. I had a mattress cover that thankfully stopped the vomit from going into the mattress, but the odor made its way into the mattress. I drenched the area as directed and let it air dry for 4-5 hours and the smell was gone! It left behind a light clean smell. I also used this in a suitcase that was a little musty smelling and it worked here as well. I cannot say enough great things about this FunkAway product!
