The ZWILLING Bob Kramer Cumulus Collection puts precision in the palm of your hand. This all-purpose Asian-style knife features a relative straight edge from heel to tip which supports the Japanese push cut. Santoku means three virtues and is named as such because it can be used for meat, fish, and vegetables.
Made in Japan, these exceptionally durable knives are made with an SG2 super-steel core and are hand-finished using a traditional three step process. The cryogenic ice-hardened, 11° angle blade offers scalpel-like sharpness and will stay sharper, longer. Featuring an exquisite 101-layer, deep-etched chevron Damascus pattern, these revolutionary knives are true works of art.
Boasting a smaller blade profile, these knives are perfect for smaller hands. The lighter weight provides increased nimbleness, ergonomics, and comfort while maintaining strength and balance. The white, linen micarta handle resists wear, even after prolonged use. And the signature decorative center pin is handcrafted by Bob Kramer.
