The GPS I received was practically in brand new conditions and it is working flawlessly. I immediately updated the maps to 2024, which went smoothly and fast. I have not yet linked to a phone app (I purchased standalone GPS not to have to mess around with a phone in the first place) but I will try some time later in case I like any of the apps features.
