Needs More Details

What's the difference between this one and 83031? I see no dimensional difference at all.

Hello Oldster, Happy to help! Although both these strikes have the same dimensions, the 83796 is a Full Lip 1/4" Round Corner Strike and the 83031 is a Full Lip 1/4" Round Corner Strike with UL rating. UL is an acronym for Underwriters Laboratories Inc. which is an independent product safety certification organization. UL develops standards by which they test door hardware to verify that it meets certain safety requirements during use, or in the event of a fire or other circumstances. Thank you, Kwikset
