Cover up equipment, cargo loads and more with the General Purpose Tarp. Made of durable polyethylene, it is waterproof to keep off rain and other moisture so belongings stay dry. It comes in handy for covering objects stored outdoors such as lawn equipment and woodpiles. It can also cover the bed of a pick-up truck. Rope-reinforced hems make it more durable and secure while plastic grommets resist rust and can be used with tie-downs (not included). This polyethylene tarp has a wide range of uses, including as a wind protector, a boat cover, a tent fly, a privacy wall and a pool cover. It can also be used as a picnic blanket or a furniture cover when painting.

Great for my alternative purpose
I foster dogs and puppies for our local animal shelter. I have a 10 X 10 X 6 covered kennel in my back yard and I needed something to "wrap" the kennel in to block the wind in cold weather. I cut this in half, making 2 6 X 24 tarps and it fit perfectly around my kennel helping to keep the puppies warm in colder weather. It is very sturdy and thicker than most of the blue tarps that are available.
