Replaced my old AcuRite weather thermometer because the older outdoor sensor was not working consistently. With the new one I now have two indoor/outdoor thermometers reading from the same sensor which is great as I can keep one unit upstairs and one unit downstairs.

ULTRA SIMPLE, RELIABLE OPERATION ! ! !
As soon as I inserted the batteries, everything was set, even the date! Its 10 second touch light is blue and bright. The numbers contrast is ALWAYS VIVID as long as you are looking from slightly above it or more. That's true with the light in or off. The indoor station is 9 inches high. The outdoor temperature number on the top is 7/8". I've used these outdoor sensors in the past. This one should work, problem free, for a few years. It has a very strong, reliable signal with no problems! My favorite part is the Waxing and Waning Moon Phase. This is simple, accurate, easy to see and use. I've used numerous wireless thermometers over the years. This one is my favorite! That's why I am sharing. Mine happened to be on sale too. Now that I know how nice it is, I would have no problem paying full price. After checking out inferior thermometers, even full price for this one seems to be a really good value! I couldn't be more pleased about purchasing it!
