I switched from another brand to the Sports Research brand and am glad to have done so. The price is certainly among the lowest I have found, but it's also true that the pills contain a relatively high dose of the "good stuff" in a single pill. I have to give particularly good marks to the fact that SR are completely transparent as to how much EPA and DHA is in each pill. Shadier outfits claim very high levels of these compounds, but mask the fact that a person needs to take two or more to get the dosage.

The mini are better thrn the large . These have a slick outside and smaller thrn most omega 3 which makes them easier to swallow. Have not had any after taste with burps or anything. Although I always take with my evening meal. I have been taking them for a few months and would recommend for anyone that is a beginner in implementing supplements .

These Antarctic Krill Oil supplements from Sports Research are a great option if you're looking to get more DHA and EPA omega-3 fatty acids. I much prefer these to the variety of fish oil supplements I've tried over the years - there's no fishy taste or smell associated with these krill oil capsules, no burping, and the size is much more manageable than regular fish oil capsules. These also contain choline, which helps your body absorb the DHA and EPA better. The krill oil is sustainably sourced and IKOS certified, so very high quality.
