I initially thought I was going to have issues with this product not working properly. At first, it didn't seem to sit flush against the drain, allowing a couple of ounces of water to pass into the bowl. After giving it 2 days for the hard rubber cover to “mold” itself to my drain, it seems to be working perfectly. I have an American Standard toilet.

The directions are easy enough for an individual that has no idea what they are doing at all and the diagrams are great, they even have a diagram that will allow you to put your old flapper right over the top of the picture so you can SEE for yourself if you aren't sure if yours is a 2 or 3. This is a win, win situation purchase.
