the material on the sweater is soft and comfortable to wear. it's a lightweight but warm sweater. it washes and dries very well. the red and the dusty rose color are both beautiful. I bought the red one for my daughter and she went back and bought the dusty rose color for herself. they are just the right amount of warmth for her wear to work, as the office can be a bit cool. they also keep her warm when she walks to work and the cold weather. she gets a lot of compliments on them. they are oversized sweaters that good with leggings or regular pants, but not so large that they look sloppy.
