I've gotten so many compliments on this shirt. I'm 5'3”, 126 lbs, 36B and typically wear a small and got the small. It fits fine, but I certainly wouldn't want it any more snug across the bust area. If you're in between sizes, definitely size up. This would go great with jeans or colored dress pants.
