Really like
I am an older female, who had anemia at a younger age, so I have taken prenatal vitamins my whole adult life. For me, the absolutely work. I like these due to being vegan. I recommend them to anyone who might need the extra boost. I am in my 60s and still take them!

Not just for the pregnant
As a 61-year-old with stage 3b CKD and sarcoidosis (autoimmune), I prefer prenatal vitamins. They have the right amount of folic acid and iron that I need. I like these also for what is NOT in them. Overall, I am impressed with this product for a lot of reasons: 1. Raw whole-food based. 2. Gluten-free (important for many people). 3. Includes probiotics. 4. Lot of disclosure about ingredients. 5. Not a lot of aftertaste. 6. Includes extras such as CoQ10, ginger herb powder, and grapeseed extract. I have trouble taking pills but these are fairly easy to swallow. The trick is to wet your mouth with water before and after taking the caps. The serving size is 4 caps so the bottle only lasts 30 days. That's for prenatal use. For my needs, I take 1 of these each day.
